Set up once. Never touched again.

OmniAlly digital donor walls connect to Raiser's Edge NXT, Salesforce, DonorPerfect, Blackbaud CRM, Blackbaud Luminate, Bloomerang, Virtuous, Neon CRM, Bonterra, Ellucian, and Tessitura, and to any other donor management system. Every system works the same way: you set up your lists, OmniAlly connects to your system, you tell us which lists to use, and from then on they sync with the donor wall automatically.

Each system has a one-line answer in the questions below, so you can send the link to the person who owns your donor list.

How it works

Step 1

You set up your lists

In your donor management system, build one list for each giving level, campaign, or society you want on the wall, the same way you build any other list.

Step 2

OmniAlly connects to your system

OmniAlly links the wall to your donor management system. This happens once, with the person on your team who owns the lists.

Step 3

You tell us which lists to use

You point OmniAlly at the lists from step 1 and say which giving level or campaign each one feeds.

Step 4

They sync from now on

A new gift, a changed name, or a donor moving up a level appears on the wall without anyone retyping it. Nobody touches the connection again.

What the wall does with your donor list

The connection delivers the names. The OmniAlly software decides how they look and when they show.

  • Donor tiers sort every name into the giving levels you set, so a donor who moves up changes tier on the wall.
  • Multiple campaigns keep a capital campaign, an annual fund, and a legacy society separate on the same screen.
  • Perfect naming and smart line breaks format long names, couples, and foundations the way your recognition policy says.
  • Scheduled actions show a donor's story before a visit and step it back afterward, and surface a tribute name on its date.
  • Text or image supporter lists let a giving level carry photographs and stories, not names alone.
  • Offline capable means the lobby screen never goes blank when the building's internet does.

These features run on every OmniAlly product: digital donor walls, digital donor plaques, digital donor boards, and the donor experience center.

No. Once OmniAlly is connected to your donor database, new donors, changed names, and new giving levels appear on the wall without anyone retyping them. You can still edit a single name in the dashboard in seconds.

OmniAlly does. You set up the lists in your donor management system, OmniAlly connects to it, you tell us which lists to use, and from then on they sync with the wall automatically. Nobody on your team touches it again.

You set up the same lists in the new system, OmniAlly connects to it, and the recognition carries over. The giving levels, campaigns, and stories you built on the wall stay in place.

The wall keeps running. OmniAlly walls hold their content locally and pick up changes again when the connection returns.

Yes. Anonymity and recognition preferences are set in your donor management system, and the wall follows them.
